India's 34-year-old nuclear isolation ended on Saturday when the 45-member Nuclear Suppliers Group agreed by consensus to provide nuclear waiver. The waiver, which came after a hard long battle ranging from stiff internal opposition at home to international diplomatic tussles, has heralded a shift in the way the world now perceives India. Is the NSG waiver all good or is it a sell-out?
