Freedom for Ever

Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high.

Is Freedom. Freedom of Ideas,Movement,Speech etc.....but with discipline.....Very Important.

Freedom doesnot mean an individual can do what ever she/he thinks is the right thing to do....but the correct/right thing at the right place with a proper discipline and order.

Freedom from what??

Its 60 years, since our forefathers fought to give us back our soil. and 60 years hence, we pride ourselves on our Indian-ess. Before we blow our trumpet, just a few thought starter's.

Are we independant if we have goons and mafia running the country?

Are we independant if we douse or women with acid, as a recreational sport?

Are we independant if we can get out of jail, turn witnesses hostile, kill a few people and still make it in time to head to the next bar, so that we can drink, drive and run over a few pavement dwellers...

Are we independant with a a government that is plays the politics of religion, sows the seeds of hatred and conveniently bypasses the sri krishna report...as a fallacy on fairness and equality...because that is the domain of the demagogues who sit in the hallowed houses of power.

Just a thought, before we hit the streets in merry celebration of national pride...please ask yoursleves..are we really all that independant?

Freedom

What you had asked and what I am answering; this is Freedom.

Not only thoughts but actions as well; Not only listening but speaking as well; Not only reading but writing as well; Not only using but creating as well; Not only donating but grabbing as well; Not only yes but no as well; Not loosing but winning and winning everytime; this is Freedom.

Freedom.......a relative term!

Who is a free man/woman? We all are tied to one thing or else, be it are responsibilities, our rights, or, for that matter, our own emotional fluctuations. As a thinking animal, humans are cursed with the burden of a mind which takes him/her in various directions and shows them various shades of life. And depending on what kind of individual one is (this includes his genetic makeup ... to the environment he has been brought up in) he/she reacts and forms notions. To an individual freedom would be the freedom to live life his/her own way, react the way he/she wants to react, with the notions he/she forms. (provided everything comes under the law). This definition of freedom is independent of any era, nation, gender etc. For a nation, freedom would be security at boundaries, unbiased right to economical and cultural growth and a healthy law and order system. But ultimately, citizens of country make it free in true sense. Only when every individual uses the education he/she gets, understand his/her right, be self disciplined, and work towards with one thing in mind - the nations progress, country would be free in true sense and a peaceful place to share with fellow human beings.....too idealistic.....isn't it.

When I will get my Freedom?

For me freedom means, I am free to do whatever I want, free to tell anything, free to walk, free to move, free to live anywhere…So anything which is not going to harm any body and which is in favour of my society as well as me, I should be able to do, then only I will say I got my freedom. But in current scenario, I am not free to do even a social or any development work. If I will try to do any social development work, awareness creation or helping people to make them independent, I will be crushed by either Police or by Politicians or by local Gundas. Because they just want to rule them, they don’t want any development or make them independent. So, I will get freedom only that day on which I will be free to do any social development work and helping people to make them independent freely, without any fear.

freedom is a right or a rule

well according to me every citizen of world have their freedom for liberty ,xpression ,religion and their own beliefs,... but india after 60 years of independence we are still like slaves in our own country, we are slaves of our self fish politicians, communal and religious leaders, corrupted beuracrats and more importantly law makers .

more than right it has been a rule for us to follow these dirty faces of our nation to survive in our own country.

we shld make our own way to fight against these rules and i don't know when the rebirth of gandhi happens to make us free from these ugly faces india.

to say there is a lot of things i,m frustated i feel like starting the revlot against, but you know always single voice is not louder ,

i request all my indian brothers and sisters to stand up and come forward, make our motherland as heaven where we have own freedom to live our lifes peacefully

what does freedom mean to me

every body thinks that freedom is to do what he/she wants without any interfearance by others in his/her life, whether it is right or wrong to the society, but if he/she thinks it is right then it is right.

i do not think that freedom gives anybody to do what he/she wants to do, there should be some limits otherwise what the difference will be between human & animals

as per my opinion the true freedom is TO GET RID OF HIPPOCRATIC LEADERS who are ruining our society as well as our country

Can we lead the world?

For 60 years, we have been celebrating freedom. It is time to think what we are celebrating for. It is time to ask ourselves the following questions and seek answers.

#Does our nation work as a true democracy?

#Do we have complete freedom of expression?

#Do we have financial freedom as a country or are we dependent on outside capital to survive?

#Are we truely secure from internal and external malvalent forces?

#Are we able to play a leadership role in world as the second largest country on this planet or are we afraid?

#Is this country determined to root out poverty and corruption?
